Fostering American Brands for Responsible Imports and Choice (FABRIC) is a coalition of U.S. clothing and apparel companies advocating for targeted reforms to the de minimis exemption in U.S. trade policy.

We support efforts to increase transparency in textile and apparel shipments and to target bad actors in China. We oppose unreasonably broad changes that would exclude the entire apparel and textile industry from de minimis, which would severely impact U.S. businesses, threaten American jobs, and harm American consumers.
